What happens next

1. Changing your website is the quickest fix. We read each site again every month, so a change there shows up here by itself, with the new date. No proof needed.
2. Or send a note. We text or email you back, usually within a day, on the phone or email your own website publishes. Once the business confirms it, your note shows on the entry as “from the owner, confirmed on” that date, beside what the website says. It never replaces it.
3. Want your entry removed? Ask below. A sole proprietor who asks is removed.

Take my entry off

If you are a sole proprietor, tell us and we take your entry off. You do not need to give a reason. We confirm a change or a removal only through the phone or email on the business’s own website, or the one the town’s licence list holds, never the one typed into the form. Once that confirms, the entry is gone.
